Margo & I were discussing how great our clients have been to us.  
 The people living on the Keys of Sarasota have embraced us, our employee's, and our business concepts.  We both said "Wouldn't it be great if we could give something back to show our appreciation?"  We decided to work with the ongboat Key Garden Club.
    we set up a scholarship fund that's awarded annually at the same time as the Garden Clubs scholarship. The recipient is selected from students who are participating in the study of the Horticultural Sciences.         
    In addition to the scholarship we provide a landscape project to one of the public properties each year. In 2009 upgraded the landscape at the Longboat Key Public Library.

                                        This project turned out out Great!
                             The girls were very excited about their very own 
                           "Pizza Garden"
        Allow me to explain. The new garden is being planted with many of the
vegetables you would find on a Pizza!  The garden was built in a circle with pathways making four separate garden was completed.ens. The girls were split into teams with each team responsible for it's own garden.

        I gave a training session to the girls before the garden was planted
by the girls.
